RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with section 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of directors of Satrix wishes to advise
that Mr Roderick Dwight Martin has resigned as Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Director of Satrix to pursue a new
opportunity within Sanlam Investments.

Mr Martin's notice of resignation applies to all his roles and
responsibilities within Satrix and is effective from 01 July 2024.

The Satrix board of directors ("the Board") has accepted Mr
Martin's resignation and expresses its appreciation for his service
and commitment over the past fourteen years and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.

The Board will advise of an appointment of an executive director
in due course.
