APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with section 3.59 (a) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of directors of Satrix wishes to advise that
Mrs Colleen Wagner has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and
Executive Director of Satrix Managers with effect from 22 August 2024.

Colleen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of
experience in strategy   development,   governance, auditing,
investments, and corporate finance, which adds to the skillset of the
board.

The Satrix board congratulates Colleen on her appointment and looks
forward to her contribution.
