In terms of section 6.7 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, Investors are
advised that the Absa Group Limited Integrated Report will be published on Absa Group's website
(https://www.absa.africa/absaafrica/investor-relations/annual-reports/) on 1 April 2025.

Investors are further advised that the financial statements for Absa Group and Absa Bank include
certain restatements of their previously published audited group and company annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.

For comprehensive details regarding the restatements, kindly refer to notes 1.21.1 and 51.3 for further
information on these restatements for Absa Group and the notes 1.21 for Absa Bank, respectively, as
set out in the Annual consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
