VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – MEERUST CHROME PROPRIETARY LIMITED SUCCESSFULLY
COMPLETES INSTALLATION AND DRY COMMISSIONING OF JIG PLANT

The board of directors of Mantengu ("the Board") is pleased to notify its shareholders that the Company's
wholly owned subsidiary, Meerust Chrome Proprietary Limited ("Meerust"), has successfully installed and
dry commissioned its 40 to 50 tonne per hour JIG plant. The installation of the JIG plant coincides with
various upgrades to the existing chrome beneficiation plant which will, collectively, increase capacity,
reduce production costs and add an additional product line of high-grade chrome chips, to Meerust.

The JIG plant is expected to produce approximately 7,500 tonnes, per month, of chrome chips. Meerust
plans to complete the cold and hot commissioning of the JIG plant within approximately 45 and 60 days,
respectively, while simultaneously completing the optimisation of the chrome beneficiation plant, which
has already commenced and is delivering improvements in wash plant efficiencies.

The Board wishes the Meerust Executive Committee the very best for the hot commissioning of the JIG
plant.
