LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI ACWI FEEDER ETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 20 February
2024 regarding the results of the private placement for subscription
to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the listing of the portfolio on 22 February 2024.

Issued securities and listing

Satrix MSCI ACWI Feeder ETF will issue 200 117 (Two hundred thousand
one hundred and seventeen) securities to list on the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price
of approximately R 74.68 (7467.83 cents) per security, to commence
trading on Thursday, 22 February 2024.
