RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Finbond shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 30 August 2024
regarding the early-stage discussions with a shareholder regarding the potential corporate action and are
advised that the Company obtained dispensation from the Takeover Regulation Panel ("TRP") to approach
additional shareholders in terms of the TRP's Guideline 1/2013 ("the Guideline"). This process is still
ongoing and if successful, may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Finbond securities until a further
announcement is made.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement, and to
