11. Additional Information
The disclosure was submitted after the deadline because the shares
issued as part of the acquisition of the UK Private Hospital Portfolio
(announced on 8th August 2024 and listed on 9th August 2024) were
not factored into the Total Voting Rights calculation on 9th August
2024. Consequently, we did not recognise that Schroders had crossed
the 5% reportable threshold at that time. Since then, we have
remained below the 5% threshold and have not reached any other
reportable thresholds until 19th March 2025.
