LISTING OF ADDITIONAL FNB S&P 500 FEEDER ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 1 900 000 FNB S&P 500 Feeder ETF securities
with effect from commencement of business on Thursday, 23 January 2025, at a price of R 108.8822 per
security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 6 410 000 FNB S&P 500 Feeder ETF securities in issue.
