LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI WORLD ISLAMIC FEEDER ETF ("THE
PORTFOLIO") AND THE SCHEME REFERENCING THE MSCI WORLD ISLAMIC INDEX
ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE") IN THE EXCHANGE TRADED
FUND SECTOR

This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating
to the listing of the portfolio on the JSE.

1. Introduction

The Satrix MSCI World Islamic participatory interests provides the
Islamic investors with exposure to the MSCI World Islamic Index and
gives Islamic investors exposure directly to broadly diversified
companies in developed markets. The objective of the portfolio is to
track the performance of the MSCI World Islamic Index, which is a
comprehensive, market-capitalization-weighted index designed to
track the performance large and mid-capitalisation stocks across
developed markets countries that are eligible investments for
Islamic investors. The Index applies stringent screens to exclude
certain securities based on Sharia principles in agreement with the
Sharia board appointed by the index provider.



2. Listing approval

Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the
portfolio was granted by the JSE by way of an initial public
offering on 18 September 2024.


3. Summary of the offer

3.1. Issuer

      The Satrix MSCI World Islamic Feeder ETF, a portfolio in the
      Satrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities, registered
      in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No
      45 of 2002.

3.6. Index

      For the purposes of this portfolio the Index is the MSCI World
      Islamic Index ("Index"). The MSCI World Islamic Index
      reflects Sharia investment principles and measures the
      performance of large and mid-capitalisation stocks across
      Developed Markets countries that are eligible investments for
      Islamic investors. The Index applies stringent screens to
      exclude certain securities based on Sharia principles in
      agreement with the Sharia board appointed by the index
      provider. The Index is market capitalisation weighted and
      rebalances on a quarterly basis.

3.7. Distribution or accounting period

      Distribution in a quarterly period ending on the last day of
      March, June, Sept and Dec in each year of all the income
      received on the underlying securities in the index, or such
      other date as may be determined by the manager in consultation
      with the Trustee from time to time and as announced on SENS.


3.8. The ramp up period

      It is the period during which the manager will procure the
      acquisition of baskets with the cash proceeds from the initial
      public offer and will be announced at the close of the offer.

4.1. Opening date of the initial offer at 09:00 on Thursday, 19
     September 2024

4.2. Closing date of the initial offer at 12:00 on Thursday, 10
     October 2024

4.3. Ramp up period in respect of cash subscriptions commences on
     Friday, 11 October 2024

4.4   Settlement of Letters of allocation on Monday, 14 October 2024

4.5. Publication of announcement on SENS as to the results of the
     initial offer on Tuesday, 15 October 2024

4.6   Publication of conversion ratio on Thursday, 17 October 2024

4.7  Ramp up period in respect of in specie subscriptions on
     Monday, 21 October 2024

4.8. Listing date at 9:00 on Tuesday, 22 October 2024

*    One letter of allocation ("LA") will be issued for every Rand
     subscription against a subscriber's CSDP or broker account
     being debited with the Rand amount. Once the baskets of Index
     constituents have been acquired, STRATE will convert the LAs
     to Satrix securities in the CSDP accounts in terms of the
     conversion ratios that will be published on SENS.
