PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION
Tsogo Sun shareholders are advised that the following items have been published and are available on the
Company's website at https://www.tsogosun.com/investors/:
-   the audited annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2024 (Company
    AFS). The Company AFS were audited by Deloitte & Touche and the audit report relating to the
    Company AFS is unmodified;
-   the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024
    (Consolidated AFS). The Consolidated AFS were audited by Deloitte & Touche and the audit report
    relating to the Consolidated AFS is unmodified. The Consolidated AFS are also available on the JSE
    cloudlink on https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/TSGE/AFS2024.pdf;
-   Tsogo Sun's integrated annual report in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024 (IAR); and
-   the notice of annual general meeting of the Company (Notice of AGM). The Notice of AGM will be
    distributed by post to those Tsogo Sun shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic
    communications.

NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The Consolidated AFS contain no modifications to the financial information or auditor's report published on
the Stock Exchange News Service on 23 May 2024.

NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given to Tsogo Sun shareholders that the annual general meeting of the Company (2024
AGM) will be held in the main boardroom of Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited at Suite 801, 76
Regent Road, Sea Point, Cape Town 8005 at 13:00 (South African Standard Time) on Monday, 2
September 2024, to transact the business as stated in the Notice of AGM.

SALIENT DATES FOR THE AGM
The record date for the purpose of determining the Tsogo Sun shareholders entitled to receive the Notice of
AGM was Friday, 19 July 2024, and to participate and vote at the 2024 AGM is Friday, 23 August 2024.
The last date to trade in order to be recorded as a shareholder in Tsogo Sun's register to be able to
participate and vote at the 2024 AGM is Tuesday, 20 August 2024.

B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Tsogo Sun's 2024 B-BBEE Certificate and Annual Compliance Report prepared
pursuant to section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No 46 of
2013 are available on the Company's website at https://www.tsogosun.com/investors/.
