ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES

SYGP has issued and will list an additional 3713601 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 50.37 per security.

Following the listing of the 3713601 securities, there will be 16798740
SYGP securities in issue.
