registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002.

PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGH SECURITIES

SYGH will partially delist 590842 securities from the JSE with commencement of
business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 33.46 per security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 24677663 SYGH securities
in issue.
