ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES

SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 800000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR
55.68 per security.

Following the listing of the 800000 securities, there will be 38964715 SYGESG
securities in issue.
