APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2024, relating to
the resignation of Hluke Mthombeni as company secretary of Resilient, and are advised that Ms Sue Hsieh has
been appointed as company secretary with effect from 1 June 2024.

Sue (MBA, PGDip, LLB, Fellow member of CGISA) started her career as a litigator and thereafter transitioned to
a role as legal advisor and company secretary to York Timber Holdings Limited, where she gained extensive
experience during her 10-year tenure at the company.

The board of directors of Resilient welcomes Sue to the position and looks forward to her contribution to Resilient.
