2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that Renergen's annual general meeting ("AGM") will be
held at 10:00 am (SAST) on Friday, 26 July 2024, in the Boardroom at Renergen's offices
situated at 2nd Floor, Sandton Gate, 25 Minerva Ave, Glenadrienne, Sandton.
The Company's 2024 integrated report, incorporating the annual financial statements and the
notice of AGM ("Integrated Report"), will be distributed to shareholders on Friday,
28 June 2024. The Integrated Report will also be available on Renergen's website, at
