PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the Company's Annual Report for the financial year to 30 June 2024, incorporating
the Group's Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the year to 30 June 2024 (on which the
Group's auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion and which remain unchanged from the Audited
Consolidated Annual Financial Statements published on SENS and on the JSE's website at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/msp/MASFS24.pdf on 2 September 2024) is now available
on the Company's corporate website (https://masrei.com/investors/financials).

Shareholders are further advised that the notice of MAS' annual general meeting (the "Notice") for the 2024
financial year (the "AGM") was also published today. The Notice of AGM, together with the documents referred
to therein, are available on the Company's corporate website (https://masrei.com/investors/agm).

The AGM will be held at Suite 11, Marina Business Centre, Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex, Xbx 1129, Malta on
Friday, 6 December 2024 at 10:00 am (CET) / 11:00 am (SA time).

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 26 November 2024
and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 29 November 2024.
