RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published by MAS on 26 November 2024 and renewed on 23 December 2024, regarding
negotiations with Prime Kapital to acquire Prime Kapital's 60% interest in PKM Development Limited. Negotiations are ongoing and MAS expects that
the process should culminate in contracts being concluded by the release date of MAS' financial results for the six-month period to 31 December 2024,
which are due to be published at the beginning of March 2025.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their MAS shares pending a further announcement.
