WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published by MAS on 9 July 2024 in respect of the Proposed Restructure. MAS hereby
advises shareholders that the process relating to the Proposed Restructure has terminated without PKM Development and Prime Kapital reaching
agreement.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they are no longer required to exercise caution in dealing in their MAS shares and the cautionary of 9 July
2024 is withdrawn.

Terms defined in the 9 July 2024 announcement bear the same meaning in this announcement
