NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LESAKA SHAREHOLDERS ON AUGUST 21, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Company intends to hold a special meeting of shareholders at 15H00,
local time, 09H00 Eastern Time, on August 21, 2024, at President Place, 6th Floor, Cnr. Jan Smuts
Avenue and Bolton Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, for purposes of Nasdaq Listing Rule
5635, the issuance of shares of Lesaka's common stock pursuant to the terms of the Sale and Purchase
Agreement to acquire Adumo (RF) Proprietary Limited.

A copy of the preliminary notice is available on the Company's website at
https://ir.lesakatech.com/proxy.php. A final notice is expected to be available on August 1, 2024.

Lesaka's has fixed the close of business on June 14, 2024, as the record date for determining
shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting.
