VOLUNTARY TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024


The Group is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 December 2024 ("Review Period"),
which are expected to be published on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") of the JSE Limited ("JSE")
on or about 3 March 2025.

While earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") are not expected to differ by 20%
or more from the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2023, shareholders are advised that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the Review Period, EPS and HEPS are expected to be in the
range outlined below:
