FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND SALIENT DATES FOR THE CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are referred to the results of annual general meeting SENS announcement published on
27 November 2024, wherein the resolution to change the name of the Company to iOCO Limited (together
with the consequent amendment to the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation ("MoI")), was approved
by shareholders.

Shareholders are advised that the special resolutions in relation to the change of name and the amendment
to the MoI have been registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.

Accordingly, the salient dates and times in respect of the change of name of the Company will be as follows:

 Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE prior to the name             Tuesday, 10 December 2024
 change
 Date of termination of trading under old name                               Wednesday, 11 December 2024
 Trading in new name of iOCO Limited on the JSE under the JSE                Wednesday, 11 December 2024
 share code "IOC" and ISIN ZAE000071072
 Record date in respect of the name change                                      Friday, 13 December 2024
 Date on which the accounts of dematerialised shareholders with their          Tuesday, 17 December 2024
 CSDP or brokers will be updated with the new name and certificated
 shareholders will have their entitlements credited to their account
 with Computershare Nominees Proprietary Limited

Notes:
- Share certificates in the name of EOH Holdings Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
   after the last day to trade prior to the change of name, being Tuesday, 10 December 2024.
- Shareholders are reminded that shares in companies listed on the JSE can no longer be traded on the
  JSE unless they have been dematerialised onto the Strate system. Further information in this respect is
  set out in the notice of AGM.
The Company will retain its historical financial and trading reference data.
