CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Jesmane Boggenpoel has tendered her resignation as an independent
non-executive director of EOH with effect from 10 May 2024.

The EOH Board thanks Jesmane for her valuable contribution to the Company over the years and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
