1. INTRODUCTION
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the Coronation
Global Equity Select Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
("the Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and updated on 13 August
2024 and the Tenth Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 13 August 2024 and relates to the
listing by introduction of the Coronation Global Equity Select Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF
participatory interests in the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector
on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. STRUCTURE
The COGES portfolio is managed by Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment
Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement
with the Asset Manager, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager
will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the
Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3.8 Investment Policy:
The Coronation Global Equity Select Prescient Feeder Actively Managed Exchange Traded Fund's
("Coronation Global Equity Select Prescient AMETF") objective is to give investors access to the best
opportunities in global equity markets. The fund is biased to developed markets. The intent is to
outperform the global equity benchmark over all periods of five years and longer.
To achieve its objective, the securities to be included in the portfolio, except for assets in liquid form,
will consist solely of participatory interests in the Coronation Global Equity Select Fund ("underlying
fund"), approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
The underlying fund is actively managed to maximise long-term growth by investing, either directly or
indirectly at least 80% of the fund's assets in equities, equity-related securities, and CIS. The underlying
fund may also invest up to 20% of its Net Asset Value in fixed income securities, debt securities,
commodities (such as oil, gold, and iron), cash and cash equivalents. The underlying fund will not invest
directly in physical commodities and investment in an instrument that compels the acceptance of
physical delivery of a commodity is also prohibited.
