1. INTRODUCTION
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the Coronation
Global Capital Plus Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
("the Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and updated on 13 August
2024 and the Ninth Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 13 August 2024 and relates to the listing
by introduction of the Coronation Global Capital Plus Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF
participatory interests in the "Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector
on the Main Board of the JSE.
2. STRUCTURE
The COGCAP portfolio is managed by Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment
Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement
with the Asset Manager, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager
will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the
Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3.8 Investment Policy:
The Coronation Global Capital Plus Prescient Feeder Actively Managed Exchange Traded Fund's
("Coronation Global Capital Plus Prescient AMETF") objective is to provide investors with steady growth
over the medium to long-term by investing across multiple asset classes and global markets in a manner
that is consistent with prudent investment management.
To achieve its objective, the securities to be included in the portfolio, except for assets in liquid form,
will consist solely of participatory interests in the Coronation Global Capital Plus Fund, a portfolio under
the foreign collective investment scheme known as the Coronation Global Opportunities Fund ("the
underlying fund"), approved by the Central Bank of Ireland.
The underlying fund will be actively managed and diversified and will aim to outperform the Benchmark.
This will be achieved by typically investing more than 60% of its net assets in equities, deposits, fixed
income and debt and debt-related instruments to take advantage of particular circumstances or where
market or other factors so warrant.
