Her retirement will take effect on conclusion of the annual general meeting, scheduled for 21 November 2024. Ndumi, who was appointed to the board on 1 March 2006, has been an integral member of the team, including through the challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. The board and management of City Lodge wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Ndumi for her commitment, leadership and valued contribution to the company and wish her well for the future. The board has elected not to fill the vacancy that has arisen following Ms Medupe's retirement.
