capital redemption of its EMM05 note (the "Note"), following the semi-annual payment in terms of
the Note's amortising schedule in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Ekurhuleni
Metropolitan Municipality ZAR8 billion Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, effective
17 April 2025.
