CHANGE TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE RISK COMMITTEE


Shareholders are advised that Ms Bulelwa Ntshingwa, currently an independent non-executive director of Rex
Trueform, has been appointed as a member of the Risk Committee with effect from 26 September 2024.

Following her appointment, the Risk Committee will comprise:
