PUBLICATION OF 2024 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


In accordance with paragraph 6.7 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised that the Annual Financial Statements for J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V., 
for the year ended 31 December 2024 are available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the
election of the person requesting inspection.

The annual financial statements have also been made available on the website at:

Furthermore, noteholders are advised that Issuer's audit reports were unqualified and that there were no 
restatement of the previous year's annual financial statements.
