NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024 AND INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED
30 SEPTEMBER 2024
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 February 2025 ('Quarterly
Progress Report – February 2025') wherein the Company advised, inter alia, of its intention to publish its
audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("FY2024 financial results") on or about
31 March 2025, and its interim financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 ("FY2025
interim financial results") shortly thereafter.
Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 February 2025, wherein
the Company announced the resignation of Ms Kabela Maroga as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and
executive director of the Company, and the appointment of Mr Jannie Muller as interim CFO.
As a result of the leadership transition in the finance function and the complexity of the ongoing audit
and reporting processes, it has become necessary to further revise the anticipated publication dates of
the abovementioned financial results.
The Company now anticipates releasing the FY2024 financial results on or before mid-June 2025, and
the FY2025 interim financial results by the end of June 2025.
The Company remains committed to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of its financial reporting and
will update shareholders in the event of any material developments on the above.
