EXTENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised that the contract of employment of the Chief Executive Officer, Ms Mpumi Mpofu, 
has been extended for a period of seventeen ("17") months with effect from 1 February 2025 to 30 June 2026.
