EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC226 NOTES ("IVC226 NOTES")

Investec Bank Limited ("the Issuer") has exercised its option to early redeem all of the
IVC226 Notes in terms of item 49(a) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer's Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
17 March 2021, as follows:
