CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board of Directors
of Purple Group ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders of the resignation of Happy Ntshingila as
an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson effective from 09 April 2025.

Mr. Ntshingila, who recently completed his LLB degree and is currently busy with his pupillage, has
resigned due to the requirements of the Legal Practice Act. The Act prohibits candidate legal practitioners
undergoing pupillage from holding certain external directorships or board positions to avoid conflicts
of interest and ensure full commitment to their legal training. He intends to rejoin the Board following
his bar examinations at the end of September 2025.

Mr. Craig Carter, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, will act as interim Chairperson.

The Board thanks Mr. Ntshingila for his valuable contribution during his tenure and looks forward to
welcoming him back after the completion of his examinations.
