Further to the publication of the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2024 announced on SENS on
27 September 2024 and the notice of annual general meeting announced on SENS on 7 October 2024,
shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report along with the King IV Register has today been
made available on the Company's website at https://rextrueform.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/AOE-
2024-IAR.pdf and https://rextrueform.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/AOE-2024-KING-IV-APPLICATION-REGISTER.pdf.

Shareholders are further notified that, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, AOE's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003 (as amended) has been published and is available on the website at https://rextrueform.com/wp-
