LISTING OF NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT – RN2032

The JSE Limited ("JSE") has granted approval for the listing of a Floating Rate Note ("Note") under series
RN2032, issued under the Republic of South Africa's Domestic Multi Term Note Programme dated
9 September 2019, as updated, supplemented and amended from time to time ("Programme Memorandum"),
with effect from 7 April 2025.

Any capitalised terms not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the section
of the Programme Memorandum headed "Terms and Conditions of the Notes".

The details pertaining to the issue of the RN2032 Notes are as follows:

*It is anticipated that during the life of this instrument, the 3-month JIBAR may no longer be considered as the default reference
rate for such instruments. In the event that this materialises or that a transition starts to take place, National Treasury reserves
the right to change the reference rate from the 3-month JIBAR to the new prevailing reference rate.

The Note will be dematerialised in the Central Securities Depository (CSD) and settlement will take place
electronically in terms of the JSE rules.
