Change to the board of directors

Shareholders are advised that Mmaboshadi Chauke has resigned as a director of AfroCentric with effect
from 31 October 2024 due to her taking up an executive position within the Sanlam group. Consequently,
Shadi will also be stepping down as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Social and Ethics
Committee.

The AfroCentric board wishes to thank Ms Chauke for her contributions to AfroCentric and wishes her well
in her future endeavours.

The AfroCentric board has commenced the process of finding a suitable replacement for Ms Chauke and
a further announcement in this regard will be released on SENS in due course.
