APPOINTMENT OF MS SAMBO AS CHAIRMAN OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES,
REMUNERATION AND NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE AND CHANGES TO
RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) and 6.39(c) of the JSE Limited
Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the
following changes to the Board and Board Committees:


  - Ms Sibongile Sambo has been appointed as the chairman of the
    Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations Committee with
    effect from 23 October 2024, subsequent to the retirement of
    Ms Zikalala Mvelase as the chairman of the committee.

  - Ms Sibongile Sambo will be a member of the Board Economic
    Regulation Committee by virtue of this appointment.

The appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the
nomination of directors.
