Listing of the Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed ETF in the Actively Managed Sub-
Sector of the Main Board of JSE Limited ("JSE")

    1. Introduction

This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 4.8 of the Debt & Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements ("DSS Listings Requirements") for information purposes, following the JSE
approving the listing by introduction of participatory interests in the Arysteq Short-Term Income
Actively Managed ETF.

The information as it appears below has been extracted from the Arysteq ETF Programme
Memorandum issued by the Manager on 14 April 2025 and the 1st Supplement relating to the Arysteq
Short-Term Income Actively Manged ETF issued on 14 April 2025 and utilises the terms and definitions
contained therein unless otherwise specified. The Programme Memorandum and the Supplement will
also be available on the Manager's website https://arysteq.com/products/.

    2. Summary of the listing

Arysteq Asset Management (Pty) Ltd will manage the Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed
ETF portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager as per asset
management agreement. Nedbank Namibia will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties
as specified in the Regulations thereto.

Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed ETF portfolio aims to invest in Namibian short-term
instruments with an aim to provide an investment vehicle that gives access to investors who want to
achieve higher levels of income while preserving their capital and liquidity.

The JSE has approved the listing of 100,000 Arysteq Short-Term Income Actively Managed ETF
securities, at an issue price of approximately R10.00 (1,000 cents) in the "Actively Managed Exchange
Traded Funds" sub-sector of the Main Board of the JSE, with effect from commencement of business
on Tuesday, 22 April 2025.

introduction are as follows:
