reasons, stepped down as a non-executive director of both the Sanlam and Sanlam Life boards as well
as a member of the Customer Interest Committee, Risk and Compliance Committee, Non-Executive
Directors Committee and Independent Non-Executive Directors Committee, with immediate effect.
