CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of SuperDrive ("the Board") hereby notifies Noteholders of the following changes to the Board with effect from
12 September 2024:

- Ms Irene Elisabeth Koeppel has resigned as an executive director and social & ethics committee member
of SuperDrive following her return to Europe.

The Board thanks Ms Koeppel for her invaluable contribution to SuperDrive during her tenure and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.

- Pursuant to SuperDrive's policy dealing with the nominations of directors:

o Mr Roger Gerardus Rooden has been appointed as an executive director and social & ethics
committee member, replacing Ms Irene Elisabeth Koeppel.

Mr Rooden has a long and diverse experience within ING Bank, ING Car Lease and subsequently
BMW Group when ING Car Lease was acquired by Alphabet, BMW Group Financial Services' fleet
management arm. His experience includes among other Sales, Organizational Consultancy, Risk and
         of course Finance.

After working for Alphabet in The Netherlands, he was CFO of BMW Financial Services Japan and
joins us from his recent position as CFO of Financial Services' Subregion Northern Europe where he
had responsibility for both, the classic Financial Services and the Alphabet business in Sweden,
Norway and Denmark. Roger is a firm believer that growth and profitability come from a combination
of customer focus, operational excellence, and close collaboration (especially between NSC & NFSC
         and with our Retail partners).

The Board welcomes Mr Rooden and looks forward to his contribution to SuperDrive.
