Mr Rooden has a long and diverse experience within ING Bank, ING Car Lease and subsequently BMW Group when ING Car Lease was acquired by Alphabet, BMW Group Financial Services' fleet management arm. His experience includes among other Sales, Organizational Consultancy, Risk and of course Finance. After working for Alphabet in The Netherlands, he was CFO of BMW Financial Services Japan and joins us from his recent position as CFO of Financial Services' Subregion Northern Europe where he had responsibility for both, the classic Financial Services and the Alphabet business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Roger is a firm believer that growth and profitability come from a combination of customer focus, operational excellence, and close collaboration (especially between NSC & NFSC and with our Retail partners).
