POTENTIAL AMENDMENT OF SPANISH SOCIMI TAX REGIME


Shareholders are referred to the media announcement by two political parties in Spain, being the PSOE and SUMAR parties,
who seemingly have reached an agreement to propose legislative changes which could result in an amendment or
elimination of the current SOCIMIs tax regime in Spain.

It is still too early and speculative to comment definitively on the direction and timing of this decision. An initial
consultative process at government level will be taking place, after which Vukile will be in a position to make a more
informed assessment and provide commentary on the proposed changes.
