 OLD MUTUAL SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME

 Shareholders are referred to Old Mutual's Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
 announcement dated 19 November 2024 ("SENS Announcement"), wherein the Company announced
 that it would commence with a Share Repurchase Programme.

 Old Mutual wishes to confirm that this Share Repurchase Programme was concluded on 27 January
 2025, by which time 78,009,025 Old Mutual shares were repurchased, cancelled and delisted. As at
 today's date the issued share capital of the Company is 4,712,897,403.

 The Share Repurchase Programme remained within the percentage (5% of issued share capital)
 approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in May 2024 and within the value (R1 billion)
 as communicated to shareholders in the SENS Announcement.
