QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the suspension in trading of the Company's shares on the JSE
which came into effect on 18 July 2024 ("Suspension"), for failing to publish its audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2024 ("FY24 AFS") within the prescribed
period.

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to
provide an update to shareholders on a quarterly basis regarding the current state of affairs of
the Company until the Suspension is lifted.

Following the SENS announcement dated 19 July 2024, Afdawn obtained sign-off from its
auditors and published the FY24 AFS on 26 September 2024. Afdawn is in the process of
finalising the annual report (including the notice of AGM) for the year ended 29 February 2024
("Annual Report") and it is anticipated that the Annual Report will be distributed no later than
25 October 2024. The Company will thereafter commence the processes necessary to lift the
Suspension.

The Company's interim financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 ("Interim
Results") are required to be published by no later than 30 November 2024, in accordance
with the JSE Listing Requirements. It is the Company's intention to publish its Interim Results
on or before 30 November 2024.

Further updates will be communicated to the market as may be required.
