Amendment to the Policy on Nomination and Appointment of Directors

In accordance with paragraph 7.7 and 7.8 of the Debt and Specialist Securities Requirements of the
JSE Limited, noteholders are advised that the Policy on Nomination and Appointment of Directors has
been amended with immediate effect as follows:

A gender diversity target of 30% women board member representation on the companies' boards has
been introduced. This target will increase to 35% by 2030. The introduction of a gender diversity target
and the consequential revisions to the policy have no impact on the existing board race diversity targets
or the process of nomination and appointment of directors.
