RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT – POTENTIAL ACQUISITION
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements published by the Company,
the last of which was dated 7 February 2025.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is still pursuing the acquisition which would be
substantial to TeleMasters and, if concluded, would require shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The funding for the transaction is in the process of being finalised with participating equity, debt
and mezzanine funders identified.
Due to the potential acquisition, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution whilst
dealing in their securities until a further announcement is made.
Shareholders are also referred to the Cautionary Announcement published o SENS on 4 March
2025 regarding a potential acquisition and are advised to continue to exercise caution whilst
dealing in their securities until a further announcement is made
