Shareholders are further referred to the 'Update on Liquidation Application filed by Ordinary Shareholder' announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2024 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) wherein judgement was handed down by the Court and the liquidation application filed by an ordinary shareholder of the Company ("the Application") was dismissed with costs. The Ordinary Shareholder has submitted an application for leave to appeal ("Leave Application") the judgement and accordingly, the Company awaits a court hearing date for the application to be heard. Consequently, the Creditor Applicant will no longer be able to proceed with the Creditor Application at this time as the Leave Application will take precedence.
