RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of Clientèle Limited hereby
announces the resignation of Mr. Eben Smit as Company Secretary with effect from 31
March 2025.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Smit for his valuable contribution to the Group
over the past 13 years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Board is in the process of sourcing a replacement Company Secretary and will
announce such new appointment in due course.
