In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Ms Natasha Lalla has been appointed as a Lead Independent
Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Johannes van Rensburg, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed to the following
Committees with immediate effect:

•   the Audit and risk Management Committee;
•   the Nominations Committee; and
•   the Social and Ethics Committee.
