VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL OF NAMPAK I&CS

Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into a binding sale agreement in
respect of the disposal of Nampak's business of industrial inkjet printing, laser marking and
case coding solutions ("Nampak I&CS") for a disposal consideration of R142 500 000
("Disposal").

The rationale for the disposal of Nampak I&CS is in accordance with the asset disposal plan
being implemented by the Company as announced on 14 August 2023.

The Disposal is uncategorised in terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and the
information contained in this announcement is voluntarily disclosed by the Company.
