LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ACTIVELY MANAGED CERTIFICATES OF ABAM1

Investors are advised that an additional 40,653 Actively Managed Certificates ("AMC") of ABAM1 will be listed on the JSE
at an approximate price of ZAR107.75 per AMC, with effect from 25 March 2025. Following the listing there will be 181,808
AMCs in issue for ABAM1.

The Notes will be cleared and settled through the Central Securities Depositary, Strate Proprietary Limited.
