INCREASE OF SECURITIES HELD BY NORGES BANK

In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as amended (the
"Companies Act"), Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph
3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), shareholders are hereby advised that
Sea Harvest has received notification from Norges Bank, that Norges Bank has acquired additional
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest held by Norges Bank
increased to 5.49% of Sea Harvest's total issued ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel ("TRP").

The board of directors of Sea Harvest accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement having relied on the notice information as provided by Norges Bank in the TRP 121.1
